After the NEET 2022 result, the prospectus and schedule for MBBS and BDS state quota admission will be issued by RUHS Dental College Jaipur. Its complete information will be found on the website http://rajneetug2022.com. This website will be active only after 10-15 days after the result of NEET 2022. All participants are required to deposit on-line, application fees Rs. 2000/- and registration fee INR 10,000/- for general candidate and INR 5000/- for SC/ST/STA/OBC/MBC candidate (for allotment in Govt. Colleges and Govt. Societies colleges (Jhalawar, RajMES) / RUHS Medical College) and INR 1,00,000/- (for allotment in Private colleges) at the time of choice filling (Candidates who deposit INR 1.0 lakh will be considered for Govt. seats also. They are not required to deposit INR 10000 or 5000 separately). After online submission, the choice has to be filled. Through this, admission is given by conducting first round counseling online, second round counseling and mop up round counseling offline. Fresh registration will be opend before every round of counseling in Rajasthan.

First Round Counseling :-

Allotment of seats through 1st round on-line allotment process of all NEET qualified and registered candidates through NEET 2022 result shall be conducted strictly in accordance with the merit list prepared on the basis of All India Merit in NEET 2022, the order of choices / options filled in by the candidates in the on-line application form and First round counseling is free exit round. A candidate allotted a seat in First Round and does not report/join the allotted college he would not be penalized (Registration Fee will not be forfeited) and shall be eligible for subsequent rounds. If you get a seat allot and you want to join on it, then you can join and upgrade it in the 2nd round. If you have joined the seat of the first round and your admission has been done somewhere else and you now want to resign this seat, then you can resign by going to the college according to the time given by the counseling authority or you can also resign onspot in the second round. Tution fees will have to be deposited while joining the seat of the first round. You have filled application form but have not filled your choices during the notified period, you will not be allotted any seat in the round 1 but will be considered subsequently subject to fulfilling the applicable conditions. While reporting for admission, please carry all the relevant certificates/documents in original and also submit an undertaking that the submitted documents are in original. These original documents may be kept with the institution till completion of the course.

Second Round Counseling :-

The second round of counseling will be conducted to fill the vacant seats after the first round of counseling . Round 2 of State NEET UG (Medical/Dental) Counseling 2022 shall be held off-line i.e. candidates will have to be present at the time of counseling. In this admission is given on vacant seat according to onspot merit and the seat of the first round can also be upgraded. First round joined candidate who has not been up- graded during second round (off-line) counseling at his merit point, may resign at the spot at the time of counseling without forfeiture of Registration Fee, failing which he will be deemed as joined candidate for second round State Quota MBBS/BDS Counseling 2022 Guidance and rules will apply accordingly. As per Hon”ble Supreme Court directions in Writ Petition No. 267/2017 DAR-Us-SLAM Education Trust & Ors Vs MCI & Ors, candidate who has joined through admission by counseling conducted by Medical Counseling Committee, DGHS, Govt. of India after Round 2 of NEET UG seats will not be allowed to participate in Round 2 and further rounds of State Counseling. If a candidate has been alloted a seat in the second round of Rajasthan then you cannot resign it. If you want to resign then you will have to resign by going to college but keep in mind that after resigning you will not be eligible for mopup and stray vacancy round. In the second round the vacant seat of NRI is converted into management quota (payment seat). In this round, the seat of private college will be allotted to the candidates of Rajasthan first, after that if the seat remains vacant then other state candidates will be allotted. Candidates selecting "Other'' will be considered for allotment against NRI quota seats and will also be considered for allotment against vacant seats available after exhausting State Merit list). A candidate allotted a seat in second round of counseling and does not report/ join the allotted seat, his/her registration fee will be forfeited. Such candidates shall be eligible to participate in mop up round with fresh registration and by depositing the registration fees again. No candidate will be allowed to resign from the State Quota seats after allotment in round 2 off-line. Original documents must require for allotment.

Documents required for Verification :-
Documents verification takes place after seat allotment due to first round is online at the time of reporting at SMS Medical College Jaipur, but in the second round / Mop Up round of counseling, Documents will be verified onspot, due to second and mopup round being offline. WDP, WPP, PWD and NRI category candidates are called for Documents Verification in Jaipur 2- 4 days before the first round allotment. WDP candidates are called for allotment after Documents Verification in short time in Jaipur 1-2 days before the first round allotment. Documents Verification Original documents will be required along with 2 sets photocopy written below :-

3. Mark sheet of 10+2 (senior school certificate examination) or its equivalent
4. Date of Birth Certificate: 10th class mark sheet / certificate or any other equivalent certificate
5. Mark sheet of secondary examination (10th class)
6. All mark sheets of Class 11 and Class 12 if passed in more than one attempt
7. Certificate/ Document providing your eligibility as selected by you at the time of filling on-line
application form- (I to XI) - as given under serial 3 under eligibility criteria in the information booklet
8. Copy of photo ID (driving licence / PAN card / Voter ID / Govt./ School ID card / Aadhaar card)
9. Valid Caste certificate, sub-category certificate, if applicable
10. Domicile certificate, if applicable
11.4 Passport size photo same as affixed on application form
12. PwD certificate, if applicable 13. WDP / WPP certificates, if applicable
14. EWS certificate, if applicable 15. Bond / Bank Guarantee as per the applicable Proforma
16. Proof regarding family annual income less than INR 2.5 lacs, if applicable
17. Any other relevant certificate(s)
18. Sponsor residing certificate issued by the Indian embassy for NRI seats
19. Father/Mother/Guardian shall also submit an undertaking regarding relationship for NRI seats
20. Address proof of parents and local (Indian) guardian for NRI seats
